The Adopted Biennial and Annual budget documents for Benton County and the Benton County Service Districts are available below!


2023-25: Benton County Biennial Budget

The Benton County Budget Committee meetings took place over four (4) weeks in April and May 2023. Recordings of the meetings are available by clicking on the various meeting dates: April 18, April 20, April 24, April 27, May 1, May 8, and May 11, 2023.


2023-25: 911 Emergency Services & Library Services

The Benton County Biennial Service District Budget Committee meetings for 911 Emergency Services and Library Services took place on Tuesday, April 18, 2023. You can view a recording of the meeting by clicking here.


2023-24: County Service Districts

The Benton County Annual Service District Budget Committee meetings for OSU Extension, Cascade View, Hidden Valley, and South Third took place on Monday, May 15, 2023, and the meetings for Alsea Human Services, Alsea, and Alpine took place on Wednesday, May 17, 2023.


2024-25: County Service Districts

The Benton County Annual Service District Budget Committee meetings for Alsea Human Services, Alsea, Alpine, OSU Extension, Hidden Valley, and South Third took place on Monday, May 6, 2024. The meeting for Cascade View took place on Wednesday, May 29, 2024.

Brief description of work to be performed: The proposed work generally consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision for facility upgrades including, but not limited to, rehabilitation of potable water storage reservoirs,
rehabilitation of well houses, site improvements, process upgrades, and residential water service combination along with all associated earthwork, piping, incidental electrical work, building modifications, tank painting/lining, and associated improvements to extend the service life of the CSD facilities and equipment.

Notice is hereby given that proposals are invited to be received to provide Comprehensive Planning Services to Benton County.

Brief description of work to be performed: The Project will use consultant services to perform technical analyses and planning related to inclusive community engagement and work program development of a regional vision for collaborative resilience. The consultant is expected to provide an analysis, recommendations, and implementation of a DLCD-approved work program with potential focus on housing, wildfire, transportation, outdoor recreation, water, and data-driven policy, among other issue areas. The consultant is expected to attend regular meetings of the PMT and to assist local planning staff in presentations to planning commissions, elected officials, and regional partners, as applicable.

Benton County received two proposals for this RFP; one from Kay Park & Recreation and one from Bleachers International. An evaluation committee appointed by NAPE staff will begin scoring the proposals today.
