Benton County received two proposals for this RFP; one from Kay Park & Recreation and one from Bleachers International. An evaluation committee appointed by NAPE staff will begin scoring the proposals today.
Join us at 4:00pm today, 04/30/2024, as we announce the respondents to this RFP. Proposals will be scored based on the criteria outlined in the RFP documents and an award will be made based on the scores. Teams meeting link below:

Benton County Natural Areas Parks and Events invites bids for the purchase of three (3) bleacher units for the Benton County Fairgrounds.
Brief description of work to be performed: The proposed work generally consists of delivering towable bleachers meeting the specifications outlined in the proposal documents to the Benton County Fairgrounds located at 110 SW 53rd Street, Corvallis, OR 97333 on or before July 24th, 2024.
