Benton County invites bids for the design and construction of a turnkey pole storage building located at 110 53rd Street Corvallis, Oregon (Project) for the Natural, Areas, Parks, and Events department.

This Project was funded in part by the Oregon State Lottery and administered by the Oregon Business Development Department. These laws, rules, regulations, and orders are incorporated by reference in this Contract to the extent required by law. (ORS 280.518)

Brief description of work to be performed: The proposed work generally consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision for the construction of a turnkey pole building per Contract Documents.

Plans, specifications, and bid documents are available at no cost on this website. You can find printed materials at the Natural Areas Parks and Events (NAPE) Department: 360 SW Avery Avenue, Corvallis, Oregon. Bidders are responsible for checking this website for any Addendums or clarifications to the bid documents.
