Notice is hereby given that proposals are invited to be received to provide Credentialing Services to Benton County Health Services (BCHS).
Brief description of work to be performed: Gather credentials data, conduct Primary Source Verification, perform Provider Enrollment activities and reporting services as delegated and requested specifically by BCHS for its Providers undergoing initial credentialing and recredentialing requirements.
Proposal documents are available on this website; you can view electronic copies below. Bidders are responsible for checking this news post for any Addendums or clarifications to the bid documents.
