Notice is hereby given that we are looking for proposals to provide Public Notices and Posting Services to Benton County. Interested parties must meet the qualifications of ORS 193.010, as a general circulation newspaper for Benton County.

The general scope of work includes: establishing a comprehensive system for the timely and accurate posting of public notices and legal advertisements on behalf of Benton County; providing a user-friendly platform accessible to the public for easy access to posted notices; ensuring compliance with legal requirements regarding the posting and dissemination of public notices.
