Request For Proposals #2325-02 | Health Department | Forensic Laboratory Services

Notice is hereby given that proposals are invited to be received to provide Forensic Laboratory Services to Benton County Health Services (BCHS).

Brief description of work to be performed: Laboratory testing and collection services to include testing for prescription drugs, over the counter drugs, and street drugs for County’s Health Centers. These and other unspecified tests may be ordered as needed. Optional collection types may include oral fluids, blood, urine, hair.
