Financial Statements

We prepare an Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) each year; an Oregon licensed and certified public accounting firm audits the report independently. The audit looks at our accounts and fiscal affairs, and then provides an opinion on our basic financial statements, internal control over financial reporting, our compliance with state and federal laws, and our compliance with the Office of Management and Budget.
