Meeting Information
On Monday, May 6, 2024 multiple County Service Districts will meet virtually, to approve a budget for the fiscal year 2024-2025 which begins July 1, 2024. The preliminary agenda is:
- Election of Chair and Vice Chair
- Presentation of Proposed Budget
- Public Hearing
- Committee Deliberations
- Approval of Budget
All budgets have been prepared in accordance with the basis of accounting used in the preceding year. Information about each Proposed Budget Document will be posted to the Benton County website: https://finance.bentoncountyor.gov on or about April 26, 2024.
All of these are public meetings where deliberations of the Budget Committee will take place. Any person may connect via the meeting link provided below and speak to the committee at the time designated on the agenda.

The County Service Districts have been scheduled to meet in the following order:
- 1:00 pm – Cascade View
- 1:30 pm – South Third
- 2:00 pm – Hidden Valley
- 2:30 pm – Alpine
- 3:00 pm – Alsea
- 3:30 pm – Extension
- 4:00 pm – Alsea Human Services
